BASE

It is the responsibility of the client to prepare the substrate for the steel structure themselves. The substrate should be levelled and leveled.

There are various possibilities for making the substrate, for example:

ANCHORING

It is the responsibility of the client to anchor the steel structure. Once the installation is complete, remember to anchor it to the ground immediately. It is possible for our fitters to carry out this service, for an additional charge. This should be requested when placing the order.
The buyer should also concrete the threshold, in order to prevent possible shifting of the construction or bending of the threshold.

MAINTENANCE

It is the responsibility of the Customer to remove the protective film from all covered items immediately and without delay.
The purchaser shall paint the components of the steel structure with topcoat, protecting in particular the welded and screwed areas in order to prevent corrosion.
The hinges and tracks of the door should be systematically protected with machine grease.
In winter, excess snow should be removed from the roof so as not to damage the external surface.
Cleaning of steel structures should be carried out using lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. The use of rough materials and strong chemicals is forbidden.

Attention!

The building permit for the garage/ notification of garage erection is the responsibility of the purchaser and all legal issues should be settled with the relevant authority.
