§ 1
General principles
1.These regulations define the rules for the use of the online shop at www.stalmet.de and are addressed to both individual Customers and Entrepreneurs.
2.The owner of the online shop is Firma Produkcyjno Usługowo Handlowa STAL-MET Przemysław Cygal, with registered office at Skrzydlna 366, 34-625 Skrzydlna, NIP: 7371990727, REGON: 121210548.
3.Use of the online shop implies acceptance of these regulations.
§ 2
Conclusion of contract
1.Contracts are concluded in German.
2.The offers are addressed to customers with billing and delivery address in the European Union.
3.An order in the Shop can be made by persons of full age.
§ 3
Placing an order
1.An order can be placed via:
a) the online shop at www.stalmet.de under the shop tab by adding to the basket and then placing an order
b) e-mail, at the following e-mail address: biurostalmetgaragen@gmail.com
c) by telephone , under the numbers DE +49 15151703490, AT +43 6609618179.
2.The customer is obliged to provide the correct contact details needed to process the order.
§ 4
Order processing
1.On the basis of an order placed via the online shop, the Seller will prepare an order confirmation including details of the purchase.
§ 5
Payment
1.The prices of the products listed in the shop are in euros and include VAT.
2.There are two ways to make payment:
a)Payment in advance by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account.
b)Payment on delivery in cash immediately after completion of delivery.
3.At the Customer's request, it is possible to issue a VAT invoice. The Customer is then obliged to provide the necessary details for the invoice, including the VAT ID.
§ 6
Delivery
1. Delivery of the product is carried out by Firma Produkcyjno Usługowo Handlową STAL-MET Przemysław Cygal to the address specified in the order.
2.Delivery of the purchased product within Germany and Austria is free of charge.
3.The delivery time is 1-4 weeks.
§ 7
Return
1.All products offered in the online shop are made to the individual order of the Customer, therefore, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
2.Before the confirmation of the delivery date, the Customer may cancel the order free of charge.
3.If the order is cancelled after the confirmation of the delivery date, the Customer is obliged to cover the costs in the amount of 70% of the value of the purchased product, due to the fact that the order is made according to the individual needs of the Customer and such a product cannot be used for further resale.
§ 8
Complaint
1.If the customer receives a product with visible damage, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint.
2.The customer is obliged to check immediately upon receipt of the goods for visible defects, including damage caused in transit and incomplete or incorrect delivery.
3.The complaint application with a detailed description of the defect and attaching photos/videos showing damage should be sent to the following address

4.The basis for the consideration of a complaint is the possession of proof of purchase.
5.The supplier reserves the right to examine the defect in order to assess and analyse its plausibility.
6.The method of removing the defect and the deadline for its implementation shall be determined by the Seller.
7.The Seller, upon approval of the complaint, undertakes to remove the defect within 30 days. In the case of repairs requiring replacement of parts directly from the manufacturer, this period may be extended.
§ 9
Guarantee
1.The manufacturer guarantees the steel structure for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
2.The guarantee covers the free removal of a defect by repairing the structure or replacing the defective or damaged element. If the above methods are not feasible, it is possible to obtain a price discount on the value of the purchased product.
3.The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product and its maintenance.
4.If you tamper with the product yourself or make any changes to the construction - the warranty is void and no longer valid.
5.Grade II garages are not subject to complaint.
§ 10
Customer responsibility
1.The customer is obliged to prepare the substrate properly, based on the information provided on the company's website: www.stalmet.de under the Pre-purchase Guide tab.
§ 11
Protection of personal data
1.The administrator of the Customers' personal data is Firma Produkcyjno Usługowo Handlowa STAL-MET Przemysław Cygal, with its registered office at Skrzydlna 366, 34-625 Skrzydlna, NIP: 7371990727, REGON: 121210548.
2.Customers' personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and Privacy Policy, which is available on the company's website: www.stalmet.de in the Privacy Policy tab.
3.The Customer has the right to inspect his/her personal data, correct it or even delete it after contacting the Shop owner.
§ 12
Final provisions
1.These terms and conditions are effective as of 27.03.2017. The Seller reserves the right to amend the regulations.
2.In matters not covered by these regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
